Payment Terms: Full payment is strictly due at time of pick-up.*

Pick-up Notification: You will receive a phone call or text 15-20 minutes prior to your dog being ready.*

No Early Arrival: Please do not arrive early for pick-up. Seeing or hearing an owner during the grooming process can cause excitement/distraction, which creates a safety risk and disrupts the groomer's work.*

Late Pick-up Fee: A late fee of $10 for every 30 minutes past the agreed-upon time will be added to your final bill.*

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made day of the appointment will incur a $25 fee.*
