Our Director of Training

Jess Sides started working with dogs 16 years ago as a part-time kennel attendant picking up poop and supervising groups of dogs. She was quickly promoted to full-time and was soon taken under her boss's wing. She learned by watching, participating, taking seminars with Brian Killcommons, Jenifer Vickery and becoming certified in canine CPR and first aid. Jess looks at every dog and owner differently and takes in to consideration the dog and owner's lifestyle. Jess says. "Dog training has become my love and passion and I feel like it's in my blood. I've worked with dogs and owners with disabilities, I've trained basic obedience, intermediate, advanced, CGC, dogs with behavior and aggression/reactivity issues and I even owned a dog I brought back from certain euthanasia. I will always try and continue to learn new things and advance in my field, currently now working with all- positive reinforcement here at WOOF! Training Academy. I look forward to meeting new clients, dogs and humans alike".
